Private Event Policies
We are so excited to host your private event! Please review the below policies, it is expected that all policies are followed during your event.
Planning Your Event
To reserve your event, please email [email protected] with your desired activity,
estimated headcount, and ideal dates and times.
We can help you plan your event from there!
• Once your reservation is made and your deposit is paid, you’re all set! We will reach out the
• Our max headcount depends on several factors, date, time, and activity. Our coordinator will do everything they can to accommodate your entire group.
• Teacher staffing is directly related to the amount of guests you are expecting. The expected guest count can be adjusted up to 48 hours before your party, at this time the number of scheduled teachers and your final guest count to be billed cannot be adjusted.
• We are unable to allow outside alcohol on premise at any time. We do have a selection of cider, seltzer, and beer for purchase, please speak with your party coordinator if you would like to provide this option to your guests during the party.
• If your group is celebrating something special, please let us know ahead of time so we can help make your event memorable!
• Once your reservation is made and your deposit is paid, you’re all set! We will reach out the week before your event to confirm final details.
During Party
• Guests should arrive at the designated party start time and be ready to leave when the party time has ended. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parties running longer than their designated time.
• Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are okay to bring to your event. Please communicate if you plan to bring anything ahead of time so we can set a space aside for a food table!
• We do not recommend bringing food to ceramic parties due to the supplies you will be working with. If you do, we recommend small appetizers that can be eaten at the beginning of the party during the demonstration.
• We do not have fridge or freezer space available.
• The remainder of the party cost will be due at your scheduled party, minus the $100 deposit.
After Party
• If guests make items that need to remain at the studio, ie: glazing or making pottery, pieces will be packed and ready 3 weeks after the party. Please let your instructor know at the beginning of the event if you would like the host to pick up all artwork together, or have them individually packed for pickup
